[Job Summary]
The positions help ensure the effective transportation and storage of goods from their manufacturing source/importing port to the designated destination. A core function is understanding how to implement a responsible, trackable, efficient logistics arrangement. The position also needs to be the liaison between K USA and the relevant OE business partner in the US, so both written and verbal communication in Korean is also preferable.
[Job Description]
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations logistics.
- Closely work with the OE (Original Equipment) Sales team to ensure that OE product deliveries are adequately arranged and executed.
- Monitor OE logistics operation invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Supporting the bidding process.
- Supporting the logistics cost analysis process
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitor and maintain the budget for logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
[Qualifications]
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Minimum 3 years of Logistics operations and planning/analysis experiences
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively / organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
