[Job Summary]
The Production Support team contributes to the success of the company by directing the production team to meet customer needs and achieve standards related to cost, productivity, safety and quality. This Plant Analyst position is part of Production Support team that will be responsible for leading production reporting, analysis and performance (run/yield), as well as production labor analysis..
[Job Description]
Perform analysis of raw data (eg run/yield) ) and manage monthly reporting regarding plant performance
Monitor and analyze production performance vs. KPI (Target Plan, Master Plan and Actual) and labor analysis
Support production team with analysis reports to ensure success of production projects
Provide variance analysis and COGS reporting
Review data integrity through daily, weekly, and monthly closing process and update the information in ERP
Work closely with Finance team and analyze CAPEX and production general expense reconciliations
Assist with ad hoc project/tasks based on new/strategic initiatives and production improvement
Maintain product quality / HACCP compliance / 5s, and SQF compliance by supporting with conducting regular audits and integrating processes into the daily production life
Motivate, coach, train, and appraise performance one to two members to build a team of high performers to consistently reach production and quality goals
[Qualifications]
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred
2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Bilingual skills in Korean
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of STD cost, Capex and COGS preferred
Experience with Oracle, SAP or similar business system
Working knowledge of expenses, cost analysis and production result analysis
Intermediate/advances Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Cal-OSHA & OSHA regulations is preferred
Knowledge of GMP and SQF is preferred
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, self-initiative, teamwork
