Senior Manager/Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1-Establish Quality Standards: Develop and maintain product quality standards based on industry regulations and customer requirements.
2-Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to ensure all products meet the company and customer quality standards.
3-Quality Analysis Reporting: Write quality analysis reports and present the quality status and improvement suggestions to management.
4-Employee Training: Provide quality control training for production line employees to enhance their quality awareness and operational skills.
5-Supplier Collaboration: Ensure that raw material suppliers meet quality standards and maintain effective communication with them to address quality-related issues.
6-Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with other departments (such as R&D and Production) to ensure product quality is maintained at every stage.
7-Participation in Quality Projects: Engage in quality improvement projects and activities to promote overall quality enhancement.
Qualifications:
1-Work Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
2-Language Proficiency: Proficient in English/Indonesian/Korean; English is preferred.
3-Management Skills: Strong team management skills, charisma, and a sense of responsibility.
Work Location:
Indonesia (Opportunity to apply for relocation back home depending on business conditions)
Salary Requirements:
Manager Level: Below 800,000+(open to negotiation for exceptional candidates)
Supervisor Level: Expected to be above 550,000+, with potential for increases.
Reporting Line:Quality Manager directly reports to the Global QA Director.
