[Job Description]
Operations:
- Office and Store Management: Optimize store layouts and displays, ensure the functionality of equipment, and manage recruitment processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis and System Management: Leverage POS systems and delivery applications for data-driven decision-making, and effectively manage your Google Business profile to strengthen online visibility.
Procurement:
- Stock Control: Implement robust stock verification processes, accurately forecast inventory needs, and manage returns and credits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Processing: Oversee vendor relationships and streamline purchasing and invoicing processes to ensure a seamless procurement workflow.
- Product Sourcing and Development: Identify emerging product opportunities, stay attuned to market trends, and manage the approval processes for new items.
Marketing:
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Market Research, Campaigns, and Partnerships: Conduct in-depth market research to inform marketing campaigns and establish strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and visibility.
[Qualifications]
- Preference given to those with 1 to 7 years of related experience
- Preference will be given to those with experience in retail, fashion, or other consumer goods industries.
- Must be bilingual (Korean & fluent English)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree or higher
