Accounting Specialist ~ Manager, bilingual in Korean

[Job Description]
1. FP&A duties- Daily input/GL and Financial Management:
  • Daily input and manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist preparing for financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist preparing for Korea HQ required financial data report.
  • Assist in closing monthly.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decision-making.

2. Clerical Duties:
  • Coordinate parking arrangements for employees and visitors, ensuring availability and proper allocation of spaces.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, including letters, packages, and deliveries, to appropriate recipients.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents related to accounting and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in general office administrative duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.

3. Compliance and Regulations:
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
  • Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard financial assets and maintain data integrity.

4. Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders regarding financial matters and inquiries.


[Qualifications]
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+) in accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quick Book and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Experience with admin/clerical duties such as parking management systems and mailroom operations.
Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices and regulations.
