[Job Description]
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage customers, suppliers, other partners and overall business activities; customer’s requests and requirement by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.
- Managing activities related to trading between different regions and Investigate optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors
- Shipping documentation handling and revising, Custom clearance compatible with state, federal and international regulations, Various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.)
- Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system
- Customer credit, AR and Inventory management
- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager
[Qualifications]
- Looking for 3 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on request accordingly
- High level of accuracy & Attention to detail
- Dependable, Responsible, Capable of Problem Solving. (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.)
- Bilingual in English & Korean (conversational)
- Cost consciousness
- Contributes to profits and revenue.
- Fully onsite work in Office M-F 9-5
