[Job Summary]
Providing technical support and management of product development and manufacturing processes in order to achieve customers’ expectations on the products as well as to identify strategies to modify or improve current products and processes. Evaluation and development of raw material performance and quality to improve the value of the product

[Job Description]
- Monitor production process regularly to ensure product quality
- Determine production condition on a daily basis to ensure sound operation
- Troubleshoot production issues and analyze production conditions and results to establish plans for yield improvement
- Optimize manufacturing process in coordination with Maintenance teams
- Identify ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems
- Devise and manage quality control procedures
- Manage raw material stability and quality
- Manage and report 4M (Man, Method, Machine, and Material) process change
- Modify existing equipment and production procedure for improvement and revise SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Calculate and analyze manufacturing cost through the studies of production result, sales data, raw material cost, and usage, product inventory change, raw material inventory gap, and etc.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues on newly developed products to ensure quality and process stabilization
- Management & evaluation of raw material performance on the products
- Perform chemical & mechanical laboratory scale testing
- Optimize manufacturing process and product quality
- Exploring ways to streamline processes and systems to reduce costs
- Support for the product certification renewal and acquisition of new certifications.
- Communicate and exchange information with other departments to reach customers’ expectations on the products
- Exchange knowledge and information with suppliers and other Company facilities to ensure best practices; raw materials and additives
- Support and perform Production Scheduler duties when necessary
- Other duties as assigned.

[Qualifications]
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 1 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
