[Job Summary]
Provide executive assistance to Company's CEO including but not limited to driving the CEO, providing translation services, performing administrative tasks for the CEO, and other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the CEO.
[Job Description]
- Drives the CEO to and from work and other locations as instructed.
- Perform translation for the CEO verbal and written.
- Provide administrative tasks such as scheduling, system set-up or assistance, making copies, preparing
presentations in PowerPoint, coordinate with other team members in the Company to troubleshoot or fix for the CEO any internal technical or system issue, e.g., submission of expenses, IT challenges, etc.
- Collaborate with other Company team members in completing relevant tasks such as meeting schedules, gathering information, etc.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as necessary, instructed and required.
[Qualifications]
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degrees in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an assistant for an Executive, President, CEO or Officer in a corporate setting.
- Bilingual in English and Korean, written and verbal.
- Good standing driving record. Willing to drive for the CEO.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS application (Outlook Calendar, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in standard office systems such as Concur, etc.
- Posses analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with the different levels in the company.
