- Analyze potential partner relationships for products
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop new item presentations, evaluate business trends, and create presentations supporting sales priorities and initiatives
- Ensure that marketing campaigns align with the department’s sales goals
- Analyze and manage customer interactions
- Organize and manage efficient access to customer data
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, and merchandising plans
- Knowledge of how to process monthly closings
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics preferred
- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of promoting and selling products to customers
- Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
