Manager/Supervisor

Office Management (70%)

  1. Lead and manage a team of 3 staff for the maintenance of the office and cafeteria
  2. Organize, coordinate, and manage company events to enhance employee engagement and corporate visibility
  3. Provide essential administrative support to executive team members as needed
  4. Oversee the purchasing of office supplies and essentials
  5. Manage and track inventory of equipment such as PC, Mac, printers, phones, etc.
  6. Assist in setting up office equipment
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness

Facility Management (30%)

  1. Lead and supervise construction and renovation projects.
  2. Engage, communicate, and manage general contractors and workers.
  3. Develop, maintain, and execute routine maintenance schedules
  4. Ensure facilities are compliant with safety, fire, and other regulations

Qualifications

  • College degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, and handling compliance and permits
  • Experience in construction, renovations, and dealing with contractors
  • Electrical experience and construction knowledge preferred
  • Ability to assemble furniture, shelving, and possess handy work skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bilingual (Kor/Eng) preferred
