Sales Manager
[Job Description]
- Strategize and project ? Plan, project, and strategize team headcount and budget. Evaluate informational reports to identify new clients, estimate future sales, and understand the profits and objectives. Capture the needs of the customer to qualify sales leads and efforts.
- Lead and manage ? Recruit, hire, and educate the sales department on an ongoing basis. Establish sales territories and quotas while evaluating performance of local and regional sales managers. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategies of the department and future sales goals.
- Maintain customer focus ? Work with the team to evaluate new customer goals and assist with identifying solutions that will meet their need. Handle any complaints from the customer, employee disagreements and any other problems that may affect the sales operations.
- Build a strong connection with car makers in order to expand the business
- Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology. define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified
- To reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition
- Participating the commercial contract discussion/ negotiation
- Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customers satisfaction
- Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc
- Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level. deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action
- Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey).
- Support Sales Administration Manager for reporting activity
[Qualifications]
- Bachelor degree, Sales experience in the automotive parts industry
- Five years of direct sales experience required
- Good oral and written English communication ability
- Capacity to apply APQP, PPAP, ISO/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge.
- Good knowledge of how to make Effective Presentation Quotation Knowledge, offer& contract Management. P1.
- Wiling to frequent travel over China, teamwork.
- Basic computer skill
