[Job Description]
- Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans
- Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms & agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process
- Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports
- role requires 25-35% of business travel.
[Qualifications]
- Must have work authorization in U.S.A.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred
- More than 3-5 years’ experience in on-field sales in agriculture industry (Crop Protection must require)
- Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively
- Relationship management and networking skills are a must
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner
- Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Onsite work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ , Or Fully Remote
