[Job Summary]
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to fill the role of Corporate Strategy & Planning Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the company's growth trajectory by analyzing diverse business elements and contributing to both current and future revenue streams. The position will involve comprehensive strategic planning, financial analysis, and collaboration across various internal and external stakeholders.

[Job Description]
Responsibilities:


1. Comprehensive Business Analysis:
- Analyze industry, competitor, and technology dynamics, encompassing market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and customer segmentation.
- Evaluate business economics, focusing on utility-scale solar and battery development, as well as new energy ventures like green hydrogen and digital infrastructure.

2. Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives:
- Contribute to the development of annual and mid-to-long-term business plans, defining strategies for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and new energy businesses.
- Identify and assess potential strategic alliances, partnerships, and M&A opportunities to support growth initiatives.

3. Financial Analysis and Transaction Support:
- Perform financial analyses, including NPV, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and project valuation for utility-scale solar and battery projects.
- Support utility solar and battery project sale negotiations, collaborating with internal teams and external parties.

4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate strategic findings and recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across different departments and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

5. Planning Process Improvement:
- Work closely with corporate planning members to identify and implement planning process improvements and best practices.
- Support the annual strategic planning process and execution/implementation plans.


[Qualifications]
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • 4+ years of functional experience in strategy consulting or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, advanced modeling, and business management software.
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking; ability to develop leading-edge business models and long-term business strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and implementation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Renewable energy or digital infrastructure experience preferred.
  • Experience in corporate planning, business administration, or strategy development is advantageous.
