Job description
Your typical responsibilities include:
- Administrative document management, personnel related work
- Customer docking, financial bill follow-up
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assistant work to General manager
- Administrative document management
- Handle other office management-related tasks assigned by the leader
Who we are looking for:
- Entry Level**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics, Business Studies or related field.
- Must proficiency in English, Korean plus
- Good communication, manage and collaboration skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and dedicated to the work
- Strong sense of responsibility and detail-focusing
- Work authorized in Thailand
